The top three spots were shared by the Casa de Los Hombres in Madrid, the B&R in Paris, and The Plaza Hotel in Barcelona.
In 2018, Spain topped the rankings, while Portugal ranked fifth.
For the first time in 2018, the top European hotel ranking was also taken into account for European citizens living in the UK.
